In addition, I received a phishing email supposedly from yahoo with a link to click on to update information. I've since disconnected this pc from the internet & changed all my important passwords online. I've run Spybot, Malwarebytes & a few others none reported any problems. Knowing this is not the credit unions practice, I did not fill in any information. However, this time I was prompted for my card number, pin, cvv & expiration date. If I log in from a different pc, I will be prompted for my mother's maiden name, etc. Because I regularly use this pc, my credit union recognizes the pc & does not ask additional questions. Later, I brought it back up & did not notice anything different until I tried to log in to my credit union account. Last Friday, my husband noticed an unusual 'blue screen' error & shut our pc down.
